
Inge Iturralde
Treasurer
Inge Iturralde is an educator and academic with experience across both school and higher education settings, enabling her to bridge theory and practice in meaningful ways. She holds a Master of Education in Inclusive Education from WITS University and is currently a Foundation Phase lecturer at SANTS Private Higher Education Institution. She has served in a variety of roles preceding this, including Foundation Phase Head of Department, academic moderator, and classroom teacher. Her work is grounded in a passion for supporting diverse learners and strengthening teaching and learning practices, particularly in the areas of learner support, language and literacy development, and policy implementation. Drawing on both leadership and classroom experience, she has contributed to curriculum design, educator development, and improving assessment practices, with a strong commitment to fostering inclusive and effective learning environments for both learners and future teachers.
